AI + CRM = exciting tool

Everyone is talking about AI, and CRM system developers are no exception. However, in most CRM systems today, built-in AI is limited to the role of an assistant that can provide information or write a text but only acts upon request.

But users want more, and that's where we - integrators come in, embedding AI directly into CRM business processes. In just the past three months, we have developed AI services for our clients:

  • Lead antispam for Bitrix24 Cloud, which determines whether a lead should be created based on an email. A super useful tool for those who connect CRM to mailboxes that receive many different emails not only client’s once.

  • AI mail reader for Bitrix24 On-Premise, which reads client emails and fills out the deal card, including a set of custom fields. Our client, who implemented this feature, plans to free up to 25% of their sales managers' time.

  • AI quick email replies generator for Bitrix24 On-Premise, which, based on a prompt saved in the email template, generates a quick response to the client, considering the content of their message. This could free up an additional 15% of the sales manager's time from routine tasks.

And we have even more exciting projects in development that will turn CRM + AI into a full-fledged company employee!
