We are glad to announce our new Placetel/Webex–Bitrix24 integration, now available in the Bitrix24 Marketplace. This app lets you make and receive calls directly from Bitrix24 using your Webex or Placetel account. All calls are automatically connected to your CRM records, and call recordings can be stored in Bitrix24 if this option is enabled in your Placetel Webex account. There’s no need for extra connectors — everything works through the Webex mobile or desktop app.

You can install the app from the Bitrix24 Marketplace, log in with your Webex or Placetel account, and start calling right away. A free 7-day trial is included, and subscription plans are available for teams of up to 20 or 50 users.
